I added a post a couple of weeks ago regarding a known issue with RR and
things like weather stations turning on relays and draining the battery.

Well, it appears that enough people have called to complain.  A rep from
Land Rover gave me a call today to let me know that there is a bulletin
coming out shortly to resolve the issue.  I'm tired of having to
disconnect my battery when I'm done using it and connecting and reseting
windows, etc.

Land Rover issued a technical bulletin number 0063 on the 13th of November
2002 describing symptons and action required.

Are bulletins posted anywhere?  Does anyone know what needs to be done?
 Thanks.
