It can be done, but there is a big risk of damaging the new radiator
when putting it in - if you take the top panel off, you can force
the intercooler out, and then the rad is easy - reasembly is the
reverse of removal, only you have to hammer the intercooler back in
(literally).
Unless you are very confident, take the fan off (it's only a
couple of minutes to crack the nut and spin it off anyway), and
dismantle things properly - one slip will cost a fortune.....
