another question about paint.

just put a coat of caledonian blue tekaloid enamel on my bulkhead but
its not looking like caledonian blue.

this is the bulkhead

is the enamel supposed to look like that? its kind of cloudy.

i never said it couldent be done ,im sure it can and im certianly not
going to put down my brushes just yet.
the paint looks like a matt finish.

it hasent had a chance to dry out properly (about 4 hours) so perhaps
it just needs to sit for a while or perhaps it dident take to well to
the red primer but im only guessing.
