Hi

I own a 2002 Defender 110 CSW. I would like to know if the chasis is
galvanised or are they no longer produced like that?

Thanks

No it's not unless it's been changed for a non-original one.
They never have been produced like that from the factory.

Galvanised chassis were fitted to (very) early production 80" Landrovers,
and to South African production during trade sanctions, and all Australian
military 110s both 4x4 and 6x6, and possibly a few other special batches
through the years. But apart from the very earliest 80" no "run of the
mill" Landrovers have been fitted new with galvanised chassis, although
these are available aftermarket for all Series/90/110/Defender.

Ah yes, and they also eventually had 2.8 Ltr BMW straight 6 engines if I
