I was under the impression that not suffering from hair loss or waistline
issues  until you get well past 40 meant you were doing well!
(I've got bald mates who are under 30)

as rimmer said on red dwarf:

reach that age, 24-25, your muscles give up, they wave a little white

I never know how true this was until i got there....
