Going to change it soon, what is regarded as the best for this engine with 76k on it?  SignatureNige, talking utter shite since 1967. Me last one had 156k on it when i sold it, it had just had the heads done due to water leaks from front gallery of the head gasket. The garage that did it remarked (I also saw) a total lack of wear at all, none! It goes to show, regulaqr maintenance helps. It was the original engine too. I'll shove a load of 15/40 then.
