That had cleared to a bright crisp sunny day with a max of about 3C by 1100. As for Chritsmas, Bah Humbug. The kids had had flu (yes real flu not a bad cold) the end of last week and SWMBO'd went down with it on Saturday evening, went to bed and didn't emerge again until Tuesday (Chrismas Day) evening. I appear to have escaped, I'm glad to say.
