Aldi are doing the discount Mig and wire again sadly ( if you plan  to start
using the bottles later )  the machine is a no-gas  adequate for DiY tho.
I'll be saving a few quid on fluxed wire simply because these days the
postage really bumps the price up. Pity the apron wasn't available earlier
before my T shirt began to resemble a crumpet ( spatter dropping into my
overall jacket )

NB.Usually a week or two after Aldi either Lidl or Netto will roll their
Mig's out

Are you recommending this unit as suitable for a hopeless clumsy oaf?

I believe the technical term for most of my efforts to date is: pidgeon poo

I like the wire I  rate it better than some pricy crap I bought a Al Frauds
(see a pattern here). I'm happy enough with my own Mig but it is a rather
dearer Sip 150 turbo gas/gasless  http://tinyurl.com/4l9no7   for the money
Aldi are asking and with a  G'tee its a lot more welder than the cheapest
Sip or Clarke and more controllable than the 105 amp Migmate ( had one )
which is half the problem sorted . Why do you want to weld pigeons  they are
a bugger to set in the vice  :-) and getting the right wire is a royal pain.
