New (300 Tdi) arrives tomorrow and the adventure starts again !!
I intend to fit an old cubby box in place of the centre seat (does anyone
really sit there ?1?) Unerneath is an electic thingy (there was no ECU on my
previous T/D)!!! and which I wll have to reposition underneath the cubby.
The cable seems to have a disconnection facility not unlike a computer cable
and in theory I can just pull apart, unscrew the ECU from the bottom of the
seat, screw on to the bottom of the cubby, reconnect the two ends of the
cable and off I go (!!!).
Any risks for an inept mechanic ?????

If it's a 300 the plug under the cubby box is probably something to do with
the alarm immobiliser, mine is...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.
