Hi, having just returned from a weeks hol's in Mid Wales & as you would
expect the w/wipers had an extreme workout in the period..The problem is
that the intermittent wipe & the auto park functions have given up the
ghost, is this likely to be a motor, relay or selector switch problem?, my
feeling is the relay, prob cos its easier to get at than the others.

It's most likely to be the auto-park switch in the motor :-(

No I'm sorry just had the same problem on my 95 200 Tdi Disco it is the park
switch which is built into the wiper motor on this model there fore you can
only change the whole motor at a cost of around ?105 plus your time ? a day
