From what I have seen this is forward facing 2 person rear seat.

How do people get into it?

Would it be posable to get one?

Any other information on this seating arangement.

The forward facing seat was only in the NAS soft tops, the station wagons had
the 4 inward facing jump seats. As far as getting in, I assume you climb over
the console from the front or over the seat from the rear. The front seat
backs do fold forward, but not enough to make it easy to get in that way.
