Any idea where this is on a 1990 110TD CSW?

Found it.  Next to where the "voltage sensitive relay" should! have
been!

The previous owner wired it out, any ideas what its function was?

Took mine out as well. Presume it is to prevent leaving the heater on when
engines not running.
