Recently obtained my fathers '90 LS 400. Fantastic car! Can't believe
the car has 235k miles on it. Solid as a rock / quiet as a mouse.

Q: What is the beep (about 5 secs) when I turn the car off? Continues
when I remove the key.

Sunroof open?

That could be it. With 15 years on the car, the sunroof doesn't quite
seal in the closed position and results in some wind noise. Tilting
the rear of the s/r up slightly reduces the noise.

Thanks. Open S/R is probably the source of the beep...
