Telescoping steering wheel stuck full up

My 97 LS400 is running perfect. But today Gemini gave it back after
service and the steering wheel is stuck full up. It goes in and out, and
make a grinding noise if you insist on trying to put it down? Any ideas?

Take it back to Gemini and tell them it worked fine before, and now it
doesn't. If they are punks and don't do anything for you, and you are a
