OK, I recently installed Xenon headlight bulbs, which required me to remove
the reservoir filler neck, but it seems to be sealing and holds fluid. But,
coincidentally, the washers have stopped working, both front and rear. I
checked the obvious, fuse OK, squirters not clogged, etc. Can't get to the
reservoir to check hose connections because it is buried in the front bumper
cover.
But I don't hear any motor noise that would indicate the pump is working.
Where is the pump? In the bumper also? I hate to take it apart only to find
the pump is not there.
Any other suggestions for diagnosing this? I suspect the pump has stopped
working or a connector is loose somewhere.
Thanks in advance!

In case anybody is interested, it was the washer pump. There is a procedure
on Club Lexus RX300 forum.

You can replace it with Toyota Part # 85330-20470 ( $47) or Lexus Part #
85330-14490 ( $63 ).
