What Lexus's have black boxes?

Does anyone know which Lexus models have technology that tracks speed, braking and other
measurements, also called black boxes, and what years were they installed?

Most cars now have Event Data Recorders including Lexus.  GM discloses
what theirs does (couldn't find anything on Lexus EDR)
