Sadly I cannot find a Lexus USA equivalent to the Toyota Material
Distribution center:
http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com/pubs.php?v=&y=&int_id=&done=1

However, if you have a decently fast internet connection, lots of
patience for downloading lots of tiny files, and a PDF viewer, then
you may want to get a 1 day subscription ($10 or 10 euros) to your
appropriate source and download all of the manuals/recall info/TSBs
you want:

I tried that, and at least for the service manuals, all they give you is
one page at a time, which comes via a horrid Web interface requiring much
clicking and pointing, password protection, etc.

Is there some way to just download the whole service manuals there?

hence why I suggested having lots of patience...

or an installed version of wget.

None of that helps.

Literally thousands of pages, and no way to list static links.

I suspect you haven't actually tried it.

Owner's manual, New Car Features, TSBs, I had the patience to download
myself (for the Prius, not the RX300).  I didn't have the patience to
get the repair manuals and electrical wiring diagram myself, though,
far too many little files...

Unless Toyota has recently changed the techinfo site, it is possible
to set up wget to get the entire repair manuals and EWD (all those
many tiny files).  I got my electronic copies of the Prius' RM and EWD
from at least 2 other people, both of which used wget or a newer
version of Acrobat to download it all for them.  There is even some
pages up for how to download the Prius files yourself with a listing
of the directory structure...  http://priuschat.com/index.php?

But yeah, the TIS file structure and download procedures are a real
pain.  Here's another person's take on it:

OK, that's an elaborate explanation of exactly what I observed.

I did manage to wget the wiring diagrams with some tedious effort. The
service manual was effectively impossible, being locked up in a search-
results regime that returned only a small number of pages at a time.
