Recently had an engine light come on. Reset light by cycling battery power.
After that the engine idled rough at stops, but after a while idle is OK.
Air filter has been changed recently. Could this be a O'2 sensor going bad?
Car is a 2002 GS300 with 113K.

Thanks for any help.

A bad O2 sensor will usually not cause a rough idle.  As to the reason for
the check engine light, you can take it to a place like Autozone where they
will lend you a code reader.  Scan the trouble codes and post the code here
so we can try to help you out.

More common causes for rough idle are a fouled idle air control valve or
mass air flow sensor.
