Is there any data on how to achieve the fastest acceleration
with the ECT or shifting or whatever strategy?

well if you get wheel spin you are not going to achieve optimal acceleration

With the transmission in drive, depress the accelerator pedal to the floor.
The transmission should shift right at redline.

If you are not concerned about the life of the transmission, depress the
brake pedal with your left foot, bring engine RPM up to about 2,000 RPM, and
quickly lift your foot off the brake while depressing the accelerator pedal
to the floor.
