You have a few options, but I'm most confused as to
why the unit was stripped? Usually, a stripped thread
is damaged at the last use. The damage is discovered
with the removal. Are you saying this thread was dam-
aged at the factory, or was the sensor replaced since?
You can use a repair helicoil.
