I'm tired of continuing problems and cost on my run flats.  Is there a
donut type spare I can carry if I decide to run regular tires?

I got rid of my runflats in 2003 . I carry a repair kit and an electric
pump. I was told that most flats you will have will be hitting a curb or
something. Your dash will tell you when the pressure is even slightly off
giving you time to more air in the tire and get to a station. I have had
nails in my tires twice and this worked for me. A spare and housing is very
expensive and takes up all your trunk space.
