My local dealer only sells the entire unit as one piece, however the
mirrors are actually quite easy to replace if you can obtain just the
mirror. The mirrors are held in place by to clips that just clip into
place. Don't know what year/model your car is but here's a place

You should be able to fina a local glass company in your area that
will custom cut the mirror to your specifications. It should be
relatively inexpensive as well.
Call around and get quotes.
