What is a good Lexus service dealer in Houston. One near the Medical
Center would be most convenient.

Yes, it is true dear Glga - I have to go in for a brain transplant!
And what better place than that little bunch of small medical clinics
down in South Houston?

There's nothing "near" the Med. Ctr. except the Med. Ctr. It's literally a
small city within itself. Some Toyota shops nearby, but no Lexus in that
neck of the woods.

The nearest one to the Med Center (that I would trust) is Westside Lexus
on the Katy Freeway (I-10 West) out around Kirkwood or therabouts.

There is a closer one (though not significantly closer) by the name of
Sterling-McCall, on US59 around Belaire Blvd, but I and 2 others I'm
acquainted with have each had less than fulfilling experiences there (on
out-of-warranty work) and won't ever go back.

Just my 2¢ worth.

Oh, I forgot, there's one other that's closer, down around Clear Lake
(I45-South) but I have no experience dealing with them.

How cool is that!  Maybe you'll get the "Abby Normal" brain?
