Lexus Sep 2008 Sales down 33.4%

The Toyota Division posted September sales of 128,215 units, down 28.9
percent from last September. The Lexus Division reported September
sales of 16,045 units, a decrease of 33.4 percent from the year-ago
month.

Interesting that General Motors data across the board have lower percentage
losses, comparatively. Wonder why that is.

General Motors attributes their relative success to the Employee Pricing
promotion going on through September.

Wow. Thanks for the heads up, john. Do you think they'll be able to
stay in business in the coming months, or should I get rid of mine now
before parts and service become unavailabe?
