90 LS400 turn signal flasher location/access

they still work, but the left one has decided to flash at about TWICE the
rate as the right.  The emergency flashers seem normal.

well I MAY have found the answer myself.  I guess this is an indication of a
burned out bulb (of which the front is NOT flashing)
Damn, I love Google ... I hate the decline in Newsgroups however.
