Replacing 2002 ES300 rear sub-woofer

I am getting a fluttering sound from the rear speaker of my 2002
ES300. Anyone has instruction on how to replace either the rear
speaker or the subwoofer? I heard the rear seats have to come off.

You should be able to see the rear speakers by opening the trunk and looking
under the rear package shelf.
