Recently I have encountered a problem when trying to start my SC300 - I
turn over the key and the solenoid clicks (once) but the engine does not
turn over. After several more attempts (and single clicks), the engine
turns over and starts OK. I took it into Sears today (has a Die Hard
battery) and the battery and electrical circuit tests out OK. Several
hours after I got home, I tried to start it again with the same results
(did not start; single click of solenoid). Anyone have any suggestions to
this frustrating problem??!!

Bad solenoid or bad starter.
