Grease for swaybars

My swaybars are really squeeky. What kind of lubricant should I use on the
bushings?

Boat trailer wheel bearing grease.

Lanny,
Won't the petroleum base attack the rubber? I assume you chose boat bearing
grease since it is somewhat waterproof?

It would if the bushings were rubber. The squeaky ones always seem to be
aftermarket urethane items.

There are also synthetic greases. I suspect even the OEM bushings are
actually not natural rubber, but butyl or neoprene.
