You'll find this group to be very friendly *and* there are some smart gearheads here (in case you buy second hand and run into a problem). Much better than mine at that age :-) The MX-5 is not a cheap vehicle to buy because they hold their value pretty good. But once you have one, maintenance is cheap. Especially if you do most of the stuff yourself. When I bought my (second hand) MX-5 several years ago, I didn't know (and didn't want to know) anything about cars. Now, I do most stuff myself (and this goed beyond an oil-change!). If you do get an MX-5, join your local club! Steven - - - > > Well, I'm 15 and just left school.
