jr/sc belt install

hi,

even with the ps completely free, the belt is way too tight to install
correctly.  what is the trick?

I put the belt on the pulley as much as I can and then force it on
by turning the pulley at the hex with an adjustable wrench.  This is
not the official version, but I never managed to get it on any
other way.
