That's called "idle droop." As long as it isn't stalling, you can ignore
it. You can probably eliminate it by resetting the idle speed with the
ECU (engine computer) disabled according to the factory instructions. I
don't know how to do that on a 626, but any 626 shop manual should tell
you.

The ECU raises the idle automatically when it senses an additional load
on the alternator, power steering pump, or other accessory. It probably
also raises the idle when you switch on the headlights, fan, or A/C.
Normal.
