One of my power outlets (the one in the center console) has been working on
and off for the past couple weeks. A couple days ago, it quit working
entirely. Yesterday, my main power outlet stopped working. What could this
be from? Is this the start of a bigger electrical problem?

What power outlet in the center console?  Is this something you
added?  The only "power outlet" I know of is the cigarette
lighter in the dash.
