ILEC is whatever phone co left over from ATT exists as the 5000 pound
gorilla in your neighborhood!
In my case Verizon.    phoneco ->>>  stuff happens...get it?
It stands for "Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier"
so my sigline is "inside the company gallows humor"
It's the way telephone workers deal with all the bad pub about "evil
telephone cos."
