2004 5sp mx-5 shuddering/jerking at low rpms

just changed all the oil to royal purple if that matters. changed engine
oil 4qts 5w30, trans, 2 qts 75w90 and differential 2 qts 75w90

car is jerky when in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, cant really feel it in 4th and just
barely in 5th.. seems its only at low rpms. what could be the problem?

I'm assuming you've mistyped the differential getting two quarts.

no.. I put in 1 1/2 - 2 qts in the diff..

I see no reason for this to suddenly be a problem.. but I'll check
everything. maybe i hit something while changing the oil filter.

If you did not change the spark plug wires the last 30,000 miles,
you could try that.
