Yes, the airbag computer sounds a buzzer if its diagnostics fail and the
warning light is burned out or otherwise not functional. It's a backup
for the light, to let you know the airbag may not be working properly
(duh). You'll probably need to remove the airbag computer.

Hey Lanny:
Thanks for your thoughts on the solution. Yeah, I did remove the air
bag light bulb because it was always on. So I'll remove the airbag
computer and that should do it.
