determining ic for jr/sc

HI,
how can I determine If this ic:

http://www.miataturbo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7730

is appropiate for my rebuilt, 20 over engine and jr/sc?

I would think NOT. It could be made to fit, but it is set-up for a
"turbo charger" as it is shown in the pic's.

And apparently, putting a random IC on a JR is likely to cause a
performance drop.

This is generally true for air-air intercoolers, which must be carefully
matched to each specific supercharger application. But the I/C in
question is air-water, like the unit JR markets for its blowers.
