Zigging and zagging as I run for cover, but I really don't like how they look at all, they bend pretty easily, and the center cap design is terrible. Oh yeah, they are also way overpriced. Pat You better zig and zag as you run for cover. Those are the 15" version correct? Worth even more than the more plentyful 14" version that is sooooo coveted. I have just never liked web styling on any wheels, and there are slightly lighter wheels available in the same size. Even if I liked them, I don't like the idea of having to either find used ones for sale or coughing up a ridiculous amount of money to Mazda if any of them get damaged. Just replacing that awful-looking center cap if it cracks or breaks off on something is very expensive. I have replaced one that was badly cracked on another person's Miata. Got lucky and found one used. I don't remember the exact retail cost, only that it was outrageous. The center caps on my SSR's are flush with the wheel, as they should be, imo. No wrenching a piece of plastic off and on every time I remove a wheel. But I guess if you let them go, you have to make sure to get in the dimples. But they are not deep. Also note that the 15" is noticably heavier than the 14". > Yes, the 15" versions if original. Hard to believe that there is that much weight difference for one inch of size difference. Replacing a full set of four center caps could be painful. I would like to see someone offer aluminum center caps for the OEM alloys. The weight difference would be very little and they would still look nice after a few years in the sunlight. I can see why Mazda used plastic, it is cheaper than aluminum and will have some customers coming back to buy new center caps after the ones on their wheels have faded.
