OOPS, being retired and with three vehicles in rotation, it is lucky
to get a run once per week, usually maybe week and 1/2 or two or more
weeks. So maybe since I have it I better keep using it. What made your
Westco get run down???Did you forget to turn something off?
Thanks for responding :-).

In 2 or 3 weeks, the radio can drain the battery enough to prevent
starting, from the constant trickle that keeps the station presets
alive. I wish I could disable that, since I *never* listen to the stupid
radio.

Not to mention the clock having to be kept in the proper time, even
though it is not on, being displayed. Ironic thing is that I have
NEVER had a vehicle that needed one of these things. Has to be that
wanna be battery (Size, type, etc.)

If it's not an arduous thing to do (connecting it up), probably.

The aftermarket alarm which sucks up juice like there's no tomorrow. There's
no turning it off even if I wanted to (which I don't) so I've learned to
live with it.
