Mazda 3 clock issues

Hey, y'all...

I have an '06 Mazda3 GT 5-speed (Copper Red Mica, fyi) with Sirius.  Here's
my problem:  A few times since taking delivery of the car last September,
the clock will suddenly be slow by 20 to 30 minutes.  It'll be fine for
months, and then I'll notice that the clock is way behind the actual time.
Everything else works great...best car I've ever owned, and I'm getting
pretty long in the tooth!

Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks!

I have the 2.3 MT. Have you noticed STRONG acceleration around 3500 RPM
until the car's warmed up?

Hmm...haven't noticed the acceleration issue you bring up.  But thanks so
much for the link; very helpful!

Yes, March 06 5 door TS2 diesel. It's happened about 3 times. Initially,
I thought it was me playing with the various buttons! I don't really
want to put the car in for an intermittent fault becasue the garage can
never find them ... however ... I will mention it when it goes in for a
service... unless lots of people mention it here!

Cheers,

RS

Yep, have the same problem with my 2006 M3 with automatic and 6CD radio.
Used to bug me but no longer.  My rear wheels seem to collect more brake
dust than the front wheels.  I've never had that happen ever.  Anybody
notice the same thing?

Dave

Both of these are known problems.
