Is the a site explaining how to replace 96' C280 Front Brake
Pads/Rotors?

I'm kinda tires of being held hostage by the dealer!!!

You might want to consider buying the Haynes manual for the w202.  It has a
good tutorial on brakes.  While there won't be any coverage of the V6
engine, it is still worth owning for all of the other parts of the car it
covers.
