Does the 1995 E300D still use a mechanical pnuematic valve on the
ignition switch to kill the engine via vacuum? Or does the car use an
electronic vacuum switch-over valve to kill the engine? Or does this
car use an electric actuator on the injector pump to kill the engine?

I didn't see any manual emergency stop lever under the hood like the
123's and 126's have.

Thanks for your input,

Craig

It is an electric one mounted on the injection distrubitor. The shutoff is
above the fuel filter... that black knob and if you keep turning it, it will
starve the engine of fuel and shuts off.
