All 123 body speedometers are mechanical.

I don't think it's a rare prototype.
Got the cruise working toady, just blindly soldered all the larger
terminals.
Next, the heater. new aux pump and thermostat. blows warm on left side, cold
on right. Weird

Are your ACC pushbuttons horizontal and there are 5 of them?
If yes, replace your mono valve insert.
If you have a speedometer cable, you have a mechanical speedometer.

Not on a USA version ACC system.

It's a USA model. My 20 year old Atari based Alldata system packed it in, so
i have no technical data available for testing. I found a CD on Ebay for $11
that may do the job.

My odometer gears arrived friday, that's fixed. Drove the panzer into San
Francisco yesterday, the 300 mile trip in heavy rain was long enough to get
mileage readings when I fill it up.
Still waiting for the manual on CD.
Thanks
