1984 300d after it sits all night it acts like its not getting any
fuel but after that it starts good all day could it be thee fuel
filters this started after it has been sitting for about a month while
doing other repairs thanks john :o

What color do you see through the "clear" fuel filter in the engine bay?

It should be amber or copper in color. If it's black, yeah you need
some new ones.
