12 BAR x 14.7 is 176 psi and all cylinders are equal so the motor should
run well. It's fine.

New gas engine is near 200 PSI... super high tolerance gas engine has about
225PSI new.

Depends on motor temperature, external air pressure, oil pressure,
opening of the throttle and starter rpm. The geometric compression is
around 10 plus adiabatic compression heating but cylinder filling is not
complete, so 11 to 13 bar is always a good value. All cylinders should
have the same value at least 9. Compression problems typically start at
one or two neigbouring cylinders.
