My steering is loose, would this affect it? It also rides rough on the
highway. Any help would be great

Can you draw an arrow to exactly what your refering to, and also include the
model and year of the vehicle. With that information I can supply you with a
part number and a name..

First picture... look like the Control Arm Bushing Kit; Lower Outer
Left/Right; Guide Rod to Control Arm
1233301475 is the part number

Second picture is the strut rod bushing 1263301135

I am assuming you got a W126. I highly recommends you replace all steering
components, tie rod assemblies, center drag link, idler arm bushing kit, and
steering damper.

I would also check your lower and upper ball joint.

I would also check your wheel bearing... should be zero play.
