My left rear window went down the other day and wouldn't go up.
THe motor sounds good, but I heard something break inside the door.
Took the door panel off (these instructions are good

tor-replacement.html

)
and found a broken piece of plastic in the bottom of the door.

I didn't see anything on the disassembly site that looked like that
piece.
But I also noted that the regulator cable is loose.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The regulator is gone, replace it.

cheesehead - check this thread to see if anything
there helps.  no  reason to buy the whole regular
assembly if it's only a small, separate part which
can be had a la carte.  then again, maybe you
do, really need the whole unit.
