2003 CD220i sometimes wont start, full power everywhere, just wont
turnover, starts after about 5mins keep turning the key on/off.

Is your glow plug working? Is the light coming on and stay on for at least
15 seconds?

Yes everything appears normal, engine just wont turn over

Get your battery tested... 2003 and it is now 5 years old... chances are the
battery is done.
