What is involved in replacing the serpentine belt on a 91 300E? Brian Fairly easy... you loosen up the tensioner... two bolts... one is tensioner... Make sure you draw the way your belt runs so you don't get mixed up. Get a shop manual to tell you how to do it. Great. Thanks, One more question. Do I have to remove the fan, shroud, radiatior etc?
