What is involved in replacing the serpentine belt on a 91 300E?

Fairly easy... you loosen up the tensioner... two bolts... one is
tensioner... Make sure you draw the way your belt runs so you don't get
mixed up. Get a shop manual to tell you how to do it.

Great. Thanks,
One more question. Do I have to remove the fan, shroud, radiatior etc?
The tensioner doesn't look all that accesible.

At least the fan has to be removed... along with your radiator shroud
together. Be careful not to bend your radiator fins.
