Rear window defrost does not work. Checked the fuse and it is ok.

What could be the problem? I know a mechanic changed the fuse on the OVP
relay 3 weeks ago. Coul he had moved something by mistake?

Take the fuse out and put in a new one. It looks okay but it is not...
basically it is corroded.
