I have a 1992 190E 2.3.  The transmission dipstick is broken at the
bottom, and I'm wondering if anyone could go ahead and measure theirs
from the base to the bottom MIN and MAX marks.  Even though I put in
the specified amount of fluid when I did an oil/filter change, the
transmission still clunks and whirs occasionaly, leaving me with
nagging doubt and uneasy sleep.
